JHacklemanODDr. Jeffrey Hackleman is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Hackleman is a family practice optometrist whose primary practice interests include routine and specialty contact lens fitting, laser vision correction, sports vision enhancement, and dry eye disease treatment. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association, where he has served in various leadership roles.  Most recently Dr. Hackleman served as President of the Georgia Optometric Association in 2014/5, representing his profession and eye health causes throughout Georgia and the United States.

Dr. Hackleman has served as a clinical investigator for the CIBA Vision Company and continues to provide consultative expertise to the eyecare industry on various topics. Dr. Hackleman was honored to receive the Georgia Young Optometrist of the Year Award in 2006, and was recently honored with the Early Professional Achievement Award from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2015. 

The son of a career Air Force officer, Dr. Hackleman moved throughout the United States and Europe during childhood but is proud to reveal Georgia is his birthplace.  Before returning to Georgia, Dr. Hackleman received his BS in Neurobiology from Purdue University.  Subsequently, Dr. Hackleman received his Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.  During his professional training, Dr. Hackleman completed his internships at the prestigious Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia, and a refractive surgery internship at TLC Vision Center in Columbus, Ohio.  Dr. Hackleman, his wife Tricia, and their two girls Claire and Paige have called Oconee County home since 2007, and are thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Page Bush Foster ODA native of south Georgia, Dr. Paige Foster has been providing comprehensive eyecare in her home state for the past twenty four years.  She has spent her career in a private optometric practice setting where she has specialized in the medical management of glaucoma and ocular disease, contact lens fitting, and providing primary eyecare to her patients.  She has been an active member of both the Georgia Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.  Dr. Foster served as Continuing Education Chairman for the GOA for fifteen years and currently serves as Chairman of Optometric Education for SECO International, LLC.  She has been honored as the Young Optometrist of the Year (2001) and the Optometrist of the Year (2010) by the Georgia Optometric Association.

Dr. Foster received her Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University.  She then attended the  Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where she obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997.  During her time at SCO, Dr. Foster completed externships in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta and Clayton Eye Center in Stockbridge, Georgia.  After graduating from SCO, Dr. Foster continued her training further by completing an ocular disease residency at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta.  

Dr. Foster is the proud mother of two sons, Graham and Mason.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, tennis, hiking, and college football.
